• 1/2 red onion very finely chopped
• 2 clove garlic finely chopped
• 1 tbsp chicken stock concentrate
• 100 ml cream
• 1/2 lemon juiced
• 1 tbsp capers
• salt and pepper to taste
• 400 g chicken breasts
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper powder
• flour for dredging
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
