Coca Cola Chicken (Pollo a la Coca Cola) – Laylita's Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken cut into different parts, about 3 lbs or 1.5 kg, skin removed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2-4 tablespoons oil
• 1 red onion (100 g (you can use white onion if you don't have red onions))
• 1 Coca-Cola (330 ml)
• 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
• ¼ cup water
• White rice (or)
• French fries (or)
• Mashed potatoes
• Cucumber salad
