• 1 cup confectioner's sugar (sifted)
• 1 egg
• 2 1/4 cups flour (sifted)
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
• 1/2 cup candied fruit or citron (chopped)
• 1 cup whole candied cherries
