• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 3 large eggs
• 2½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon packed freshly grated lemon zest, (from 1 lemon)
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• ⅛ teaspoon salt
