• 4 oz organic cream cheese
• 1.5 cups gluten free flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill All-Purpose Flour)
• 3/4 cup organic butter
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar for sprinkling
• 1 1/2 cup dried apricots
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tsp lemon juice
