• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 5 to 6 slices chopped bacon
• 2 tablespoons bourbon
• 1 (8 oz) package softened cream cheese
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch ground Black pepper
• 2 1/2 lb stems removed button mushrooms
• grated, for topping Parmesan cheese
