Sweet Potato Stew & Skinny Bean Recipes - Zebby's Magic Masala

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp. oil
• 1 heap teaspoon mustard seeds
• 2 large onions
• 75g Magic Masala
• 2 tins plum tomatoes or 2 cartons sieved passata
• 4 sweet potatoes cubed
• 1 tin sweetcorn
• 1 tin chickpeas
• 1 tin red kidney beans
• 2 heap tsp sugar
• 15 curry leaves
• 5 tbsps. oil for mustard seeds but this will be drained before adding to the stew
• Fresh chopped coriander
