Named after the deceased business partner of Scrooge in Dickens’s A Christmas Carol, this drink will resurrect the holiday spirit at any gathering!
Ingredients
- Meyer lemon
- Fresh mint sprigs
- 4 ounces citrus vodka (we prefer Absolut Citron)
- 2 ounces Simple Syrup (recipe follows)
- 2 dashes of spiced bitters (we prefer El Guapo Holiday Pie)
- Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
