Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon F&S TACO Seasoning
- Two (14-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons of Original BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoons water or beer
- 1 ½ cups grated Sharp Cheddar or Mexican-Style Mix of cheeses
- Tortilla chips or flour or corn tortillas
- Lime wedges
- Thinly sliced scallions
- Chopped cilantro
- Pickled jalapeños
