Saucy Chops recipe by Nazia Shaik

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic/ robertsons
• 1 teaspoon suhana kashmiri masala
• 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• arad (Turmeric) (tumeric powder)
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice
• Add ghee (Clarified butter) to your put and cook chops till almost done
• ¼ cup chillie garlic sauce
• 3 tablespoon mayo
• 2 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce
• And slice potatoes and place on top and cook till done
