• 1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
• 1 medium Onion, chopped
• 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
• 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
• 1/3 cup Chicken broth
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Pepper
• 1 tsp. Parsley
