Apple Cake w/Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 egg
• 1 box Nut Quick Bread and Muffin Mix
• 3 cups apple pie filling (you'll need 2 cans)
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup whipping cream, or Rich's milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
