Ingredients

• 1/2 c red onion Minced
• 1 c Vegetable oil
• 1 tb Dry dill weed
• 2 lb red potatoes Small
• 2 lb Fresh potatoes cooked, mashed
• 1/4 -(up to)
• Black Pepper to taste
• Fresh dill for garnish
• 3 8-oz boxes asparagus
• 1 tb Dijon mustard
• Eggs Hard-boiled, quartered
• 1/2 c Wine vinegar
• Salt to taste
