Steak Casserole / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kg topside steak cut into thin strips
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• oil
• 1 teaspoon red chili paste
• 1 onion sliced
• ½ green pepper
• ½ red pepper
• ½ yellow pepper
• handful chopped spring onions
• 1 tablespoon steak and chops spice
• 1 teaspoon bbq spice
• ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 3 tablespoon steers peri sauce
• 3 tablespoon crystal sauce
• 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoon Worcester sauce
• 2 tablespoon bbq sauce
• 3 tomatoes pureed
• ½ packet to ¾ packet spaghetti ( boil as per instructions)
• 3 big potatoes boiled and mashes with salt , pepper and butter .
• grated cheese
