Colorful coleslaw recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 head of shredded green cabbage
• 1/2 head of shredded purple cabbage
• 2 carrots – peeled & sliced thin
• 1 red pepper – sliced thin
• 1 yellow pepper – sliced thin
• 1/2 red onion – sliced thin
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/3 cup key lime (or lime) juice
• 2 cloves of garlic – crushed
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• tabasco to taste
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• salt & pepper
