• ¾ cup lukewarm water
• 2 tblspns butter, at room temperature
• 1 large egg
• 3 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
• ¼ cup normal white sugar
• 1 ¼ tspns fine salt
• 1 tablespoon instant yeast
• 1 egg with ¼ cup water
