- 2/3 c sweet red pepper
- 6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 to 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 c cold water
- 2 T cornstarch
- 4 T soy sauce
- hot cooked rice
- 1 to 2 tsp sesame seed toasted
