Ingredients

• 3/4 cup (175 mL) brown sugar, packed
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) GAY LEA - Original Sour Cream, or Gay Lea Gold Sour Cream
• 1 tsp (5 mL) lemon zest, finely grated
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
• 2 tsp (10 mL) ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cloves
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cardamom
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground nutmeg
• 1 tsp (5 mL) baking powder
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) almond flour
