Community Shared Agriculture - Fennel

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 1/2 cups mixed salad greens
• 1 medium orange, peeled and split into pieces
• 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
• 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup slivered onions
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
