• 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 Teaspoons of Sea Salt
• 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
• 2.5 Pounds Fresh 80/20 Ground Beef
• 1 Egg
• 1 Cup of plain Panko Bread Crumbs
• 1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
• 6 Large Potato Rolls
• 6 pats of butter
• 1 Beef Steak Tomato (Cut 6 slices)
• 3 pieces cut in 1/2 Romain Lettuce
• 6 slices of Havarti Cheese
• 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
