Ingredients

• One and a half pounds ground 85% lean beef
• 1 1/2 cup of corn kernels
• 1 cup of chopped fresh white mushrooms
• 1 cup chopped yellow onion
• 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
• Half tablespoon of kosher salt
• 1 and a half tsp fresh ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup of match stick size green zucchini
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• Three fourth of a cup of mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup fresh buttermilk
• 2 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
• One quarter tsp of salt
• Half of a tsp fresh ground black pepper
• Half of a tsp garlic powder
• One quarter tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp Dijon style mustard
• 6 slices of sandwich sized extra sharp yellow cheese.
• 6 medium sesame seed Kaiser rolls
• 6 lettuce leaves
• 6 slices of tomato
