• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon sugar (or honey, or maple syrup)
• 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
• 2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
• Salt and pepper to taste
