• 1 med. size eggplant
• 1 cup cracker crumbs
• 6 slices bacon fried crisp and diced
• 1 T. butter
• 1/4 cup minced onion
• 1/2 tsp. celery salt
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 egg beaten
• 2 cups milk
• 2 slices of American cheese
• paprika
