Ingredients

• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
• 1/4 cup orange or pineapple juice
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• salt, to taste
• ground black pepper, to taste
• ***For the kebabs:***
• 1 3/4 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless, chopped into 1 1/4-inch cubes
• 3 cups pineapple, cubed
• 1 1/2 large red peppers, cubed
• 1 large red onion, cubed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more, to taste, for oiling the grill grates
