- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons flax seed
- 1/3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons bread flour
- 2 and 1/4 teaspoon rapid rise yeast
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon poppyseeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
