Ingredients

• 1 cup each raisins, golden raisins, dried tart cherries, and diced dried apricots
• 1 ¼ cups packed dark brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. each chopped lemon and orange zest
• ½ cup each fresh lemon and orange juice
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• ¾ tsp. each ground ginger and mace
• ½ tsp. each ground allspice and kosher salt
• ¼ tsp. ground cloves
• ¼ cup brandy
• ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted
• ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
