Ingredients

• 1 package English muffins, each muffin sliced in half
• 8 eggs
• 1 lb. breakfast sausage
• 8 oz. thinly sliced mild Cheddar cheese
• 2 c. milk
• 1/4 c. sausage drippings, add butter if there aren't enough drippings
• 1/4 c. flour
• 1/2 t. salt, or to taste
• 1/4 t. black pepper, or to taste
