- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup chickpeas ((cooked))
- a few dates (, chopped)
- a few dried figs (, chopped)
- Cheesecloth
