• 3/4 pound bulk hot Italian sausage
• 3/4 pound ground beef
• 1 small onion chopped
• 2 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
• 2 cups frozen cut green beans thawed
• 1 can whole kernel corn (15 1/4 oz) drained
• 2 cups colby monterey jack cheese shredded, divided
• 1/2 cup 2% Milk
• 1 teaspoons Garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
• 32 ounces tater tots
