This ham, eggs and chips recipe is simple and so delicious. The ham is glazed with orange and maple syrup and then roasted!

- 2 bay leaves
- 100g carrots, chopped roughly
- 1 celery stalk, chopped roughly
- 200ml maple syrup (grade A)
- 1 orange, juice and zest
- 20 cloves
