Sweet & Spicy Bratwurst on a Bun - Klement's

Ingredients

• 1 (16oz) Klement's Hometown Brat package
• 1/2 cup Jalapenos-sliced (optional)
• 15 Fresh Cilantro Sprigs
• 1 cup Pineapple-fresh or canned, cut into chunks
• 1 package of brat buns
• Spicy Habanero Sauce
• Cook Klement's bratwurst on grill or cast iron skillet until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
• Spread habanero sauce onto buns. Place cooked bratwurst in bun.
• Top bratwurst with sliced jalapenos, pineapple, cilantro sprigs (and banana peppers, if desired).
