• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1 cup carrot, chopped
• 1 cup milk
• 1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 (6-ounce) carton chive-flavored cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups ham, chopped
• 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
