Alice’s favourite salad

Ingredients

• 1 punnet baby plum tomatoes
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1 packet beetroot
• 1 pepper
• 2 pink lady apples
• 1 bag salad leaves
• 1 pack soft goats cheese
• 10 walnuts
• 3 tbsps wholegrain mustard
• 3 tbsps honey
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• - salt and pepper
