• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) baking powder
• 2 tsp (10 ml) matcha green tea and ginger seasoning (mccormick )
