• 1 dried chorizo sausage, sliced
• 1 red capsicum, chopped
• 1 green capsicum, chopped

• 6 Royal Blue potatoes, chopped fairly small
• 4 cloves garlic, crushed
• ½ tblspn Whittington’s paprika smoked or sweet
• ½ tsp salt
• 3 tblspns olive oil
• ½ lemon, juiced
• 2 tblspns parsley, chopped
