Ingredients

• 200 g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa) (7 oz)
• 50 g cocoa butter (1.75 oz)
• 50 ml heavy cream (1.7 fl oz / ¼ cup)
• 30 g date syrup (1 oz / 2 tbsp)
• 1 tsp ground cardamom
• 1 small pinch of saffron threads
• 1 tsp orange blossom water or rose water
• 50 g finely chopped pistachios (1.75 oz)
• 50 g toasted almonds, finely chopped (1.75 oz)
• 1 tbsp crushed dried rose petals
• 1 tbsp edible gold flakes (optional, for decoration)
