Ingredients

• 500 g Woolworths free-range chicken mince
• 1½ t fennel seeds
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 40 g Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated, plus extra for sprinkling
• 1 t dried mixed herbs
• 1 t smoked paprika
• 2 T extra virgin olive oil
• 375 ml jar Woolworths sundried tomato-and-pecorino pasta sauce
• 100 g mozzarella, grated
• fresh basil, to garnish
• For the polenta:
• 4 cups chicken stock
• 160 g polenta
• 2 T butter
• 40 g Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
