Hearty Minestrone Soup - Better Than Bouillon

Ingredients

• 1 pound cooked Italian-style ground sausage
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 2 carrots, peeled, thinly sliced
• 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 6 cups water
• 2.5 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon Roasted Beef Base
• 1 can (28-ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1 can (5.5-ounce) tomato juice
• 2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
• 2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
• .25 teaspoon coarse black pepper
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 bag (12-ounce) frozen green beans
• 1 can (14.5-ounce) great northern beans, drained and rinsed
