Bamboo (Joaquin Simo’s recipe)
This modern version of the classic Bamboo Cocktail was adapted by Joaquín Simó to features Fino Sherry and Dry Vermouth.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. 45ml Sherry, Fino
- 1.5 oz. 45ml Vermouth, Dry
- 0.166 oz. 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 dash 2 dash Angostura Bitters
- 2 dash 2 dash Orange Bitters
