• 75 g plain flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 100 g smooth peanut butter
• 1 knob butter
• 600 g strawberry jam
• 1 lemon , juice only
• 2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
• 200 g lightly whipped ricotta cheese
• 1 kg hulled strawberries
