Ingredients

• 2 C Ground Almonds
• 1 C Sugar
• 1 C Powerdered Sugar
• 4 C All purpose Flour
• 1 t Baking Powder
• 1/2 t Salt
• 1 t Cinnamon
• 1/4 t each of Nutmeg, Cloves and Ginger
• 2 t Vanilla
• 1 t Almond Extract
• 2 Egg yolks
• 1 lb (yes, one whole pound) unsalted butter at room temp/softened
• Raspberry Jam (or other fruit jam - thick) - do not use jelly!
