Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 cup whole-wheat flour
• 4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1 cup Oikos® PRO Vanilla Yogurt
• 4 cups Granny Smith apples (4-6 apples) cored, peeled, and chopped
• 1 cup walnuts
• Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, to serve
