• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tbsp. onion powder
• 3/4 cup oil
• 3/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. allspice
• 1/2 tsp. ginger
• 4 cups water
• 3 cups lentils, rinsed
