• 1 package (3.4 oz / 96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) dark rum
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
• 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) dark rum (or more, if you're feeling cheeky!)
