Mango Mazina Achar recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• +-6-7 Large Mangoes
• Add
• +-2 tablespoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Crushed Whole dhania (coriander) seeds
• +-1 & ½ tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon Paprika
• 1 teaspoon tumeric
• +- 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup water
• ¼ Cup vinegar
• ¼ Cup Golden Syrup
• +-½ Cup Oil
• 1 teaspoon Whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
• Few Curry Leaves
• ADJUST SALT CHILLI AND SUGAR TASTE
• Allow to Cool
