Ingredients

• 4 kg mangoes 🥭 cut into pieces Add in: 2tbl @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo
• 4 tablespoon chilli 🌶 powder
• 2 tablespoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• 4 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
• 2 tablespoon salt 🧂
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cups Vinegar
• 1 cup maizena (corn flour)
• ¾ cup oil
• 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 3 tablespoon mustard seeds
• Sliced chillies
• 6 cloves minced garlic
