Ingredients

• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 large onions, diced
• 2 red peppers, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
• 2 tbsp Schwartz ® Sriracha Seasoning , heaped
• (1 tablespoons) ground cumin
• 1 1/5 kg lean minced beef
• 500 beef stock
• 2 x 400 g cans of chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp dried marjoram
• 1 tsp sugar
• 4 tbsp tomato purée
• 2 x 410 g cans of red kidney beans
• Plain boiled long grain rice, to serve
