• 1 whole Egg
• 1 tablespoon Vanilla
• 2 1/2 - 3 cup Einkorn Flour
• 1 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
• 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Real Salt
• 1 1/3 cup Oats ((Powdered in Blender))
• 2 cup Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 - 1 cup Pecans
