Ingredients

• ½ cup chopped onion
• 4 Tbsp. butter
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 soup can milk
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
• Salt and pepper to taste.
