• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/4 cups plain dry bread crumbs
• 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
• 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (1 if wanted less hot)
• 1 medium onion, minced
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1 cup chicken broth
